The straight-line assembly line can horizontally transport LED T8 glass tubes. Long table-type assembly workbenches are equipped on both sides, which can be adjusted synchronously with the machine width. The center-to-center length is 8.5, with a chain pitch of 50.8mm. The effective working surface can accommodate 160 tubes. One tube is transported at a time, and the tube length can be adjusted to 1200mm/900mm/600mm. Overall motion: The working width is adjusted by a manual adjustment system. The equipment is equipped with parallel guide rails for lamp feet alignment, length measurement, and tube electrical detection devices. The equipment is controlled by a Siemens PLC+touchscreen control system, and the speed can be randomly adjusted through a frequency converter. The line cycle time is 3 seconds, and the production capacity is approximately 1000 pieces per hour. |

Aging line for LED tube. The length is approximately 10 meters and it has upper and lower rotating layers. The entire machine consists of 100 stations, with 5 tubes per station, for a total capacity of 500 tube positions. The intermittent transmission of the tubes is completed by manual handling at one end of the machine. The machine is adaptable to tube lengths of 1200mm, 900mm, and 600mm. There is a dividing platform at the front end to separate the tubes at the desired spacing and align the pins parallelly. The equipment is equipped with a PLC and a touchscreen automatic control system, and random adjustments can be made through the touchscreen interface. The estimated production capacity is around 1,000 tubes. |
