Multiple layers can be combined for underwear design, allowing for combinations of dots and lines, as well as floral logo dot and line combinations.

Glue Dispensing Effect:

The range of dot sizes is wide, ranging from 0.4mm to 4.0mm. The dots are round and the adhesive flow is smooth without deformation.

Dispensing Valve:

The valve of hot melt dispenser is easy to disassemble, making it convenient to change the adhesive. There is no need to twist or lock screws to install the dispensing valve. The heating barrel has high power, enabling fast melting of the adhesive. There is no need to wait for a long time to melt the adhesive. The heating block on the valve body provides rapid heating, ensuring timely heating when working on large-scale underwear production.

Module:

The screw rod operation ensures high precision, preventing displacement during adhesive application. There is no trailing or tailing during the dispensing process, and the adhesive dots are perfectly round without any irregular shapes. Once the parameters are properly set, there is no need for frequent modifications or repairs. The yield of quality products is high.
