Equipment System:

Our automated glue dispenser adopts self-developed software, making the operation flexible and simple. The device features user-friendly graphics import capabilities and industrial control chart functionality. It supports convenient design modifications, and the operating system is simple and easy to use, making it convenient for designers to modify drawings. The system has four layers, each of which can have different point spacing and point sizes set as needed. This allows the underwear design to be superimposed in multiple layers, allowing clever combinations of dots and lines, and the combination of floral logo dots and lines to meet diverse underwear design requirements.

Adhesive Effect:

The range of dot sizes is wide, ranging from 0.4mm to 4.0mm. The dots are round and the adhesive flow is smooth without deformation.

Dispensing Valve: 

Our dispensing valves are designed for easy sensing and bonding operations. No complicated screw operations are required to install the dispensing valve, just easy to remove, rotate or tighten. In addition, our equipment has a high-power heating barrel to ensure that the adhesive melts quickly without waiting for a long time. At the same time, the heating block on the valve body provides a rapid heating function to ensure timely completion of heating during large-scale and efficient production to ensure production consistency.

Module:

Screw operation technology is adopted to ensure equipment compatibility and effectively prevent position deviation during the glue coating process. During the dispensing process, there is no tailing or tailing, and the glue dots form perfectly rounded shapes without any irregular features. Once the parameters are set correctly, intermittent modifications or repairs are not required, increasing the yield of high-quality products.
