The Dispensing Effect Of Device:

PUR Dots: The glue dot size range is wide, capable of dispensing dots with sizes ranging from 0.4mm to 4.0mm. The dots are round and uniform, and the dispensing process for graphic patterns is smooth without deformation.

Silicone Dispensing Effect: The dispensing effect of silicone is beautiful, without excessive volume or trailing, and without issues of excessive adhesive accumulation, breakage, or hanging. The line width is uniform, and both low-viscosity and high-viscosity adhesives can be adjusted to achieve the desired state.

The Dispensing Valve Of Device:

Jet Valve: Easy disassembly and replacement of the valve, simple adhesive loading without twisting, no need to tighten screws when installing the dispensing valve; high power heating barrel for fast adhesive melting; fast heating block heating speed for timely heating during large-scale dispensing of lingerie.

Silicone Dispensing Valve: Dynamic mixing for AB, uniform mixing of adhesive, high precision of the valve.

AB Glue Supply Barrels:

1:1 ratio, uniform mixing, equipped with AB ratio monitoring to prevent the occurrence of uneven adhesive ratio without timely detection. Built-in reflux device, suitable for matching adhesives of various viscosities.
